I am absolutely obsessed with this special handwritten keepsake of my grandmother who recently passed. The quality was so amazing I ordered two more for my mom & aunt. Not to mention the customer service was top tier .. they were so quick in replying. And beyond friendly. I had a partial fingerprint I wanted on my mom's order- I asked if they could revamp it to look more circular- And they did just that and sent me a review of it! Couldn't recommend them enough!! My dad recently passed away, it has been the most significant pain of our lives. I got this gift for my family and I and we all love it. So special, great quality, and the best reminder. The response time was amazing and she was more than accommodating with changes I needed as well as the shipping. My package originally went to the wrong address (I must have typed it in wrong) so sadly this didn't come in time for Christmas, but none of that was the doing of this company. They were more than accommodating afterwards shipping it to the correct address and did not charge for the reship order due to all the craziness I truly appreciated all of this. Thank you, I love it.

I am in tears. I couldn't be happier with the way this turned out. My son's father and the love of my life passed away in November 2023. It was unexpected and we miss him so much. I had this made for our son (he's 10) and it just arrived a few minutes ago - just in time for me to gift it to him for Christmas. I know this is going to mean so much to him. This shop is amazing. I had so many questions before ordering and I was treated so kindly. A lot of our mementos were ruined in a house flood about five seven months ago so I didn't have anything with this exact message that was clear enough to submit but I was able to send separate photos of these words and they were pieced together for me.
