Ordered this for my daughter as she is expecting her first baby in June. Originally, it shipped and was at a standstill for about 2 weeks at the post office with no movement whatsoever. Rachael was WONDERFUL with making it right. She made us a new one Monday and got it shipped ASAP and we just received it today (Friday). Original shipping was at no fault of hers but she did everything to make it right! HIGHLY recommend!
